We decided to try Iyengar Yoga today which was recommended by Monika as a better-all-round type of exercise and method of relaxation.

the Yoga Space (located on Cook street and 1st Ave) had a free hour introduction class on Saturday. Grant was our instructor and he was great as he did a great job in squeezing in all aspects of Iyengar Yoga in such a short amount of time (usually a session lasts between 1 and a 1/2 to 2 hours).
I felt amazing after the session. With the help of Grant, I noticed that I tense-up a lot (I need to RE-LAX!)
I am definitely going to do that again.
