One of the many photos that has brought a smile to my face (and maybe because it is close to lunch time) is a shot of the best pizza I have ever eaten from Ray’s Pizza (@ 856 on 8th Ave.) in New York city.
Overall, I really recommend this book for anyone, including for family and friends of people who have recently worked, studied, and/or volunteered overseas.
I was reminded again that despite the language barrier and especially with children, facial expressions is such as universal language...and conversations based on that alone can certainly go a long way.
