My heart goes out to the people who are at the mercy of this crazy housing market. The bubble was supposed to burst back in 2008. Is moving out to the east coast or smaller communities the answer? What if you have a job and a community that you love? Do you have to leave your family and friends behind? How the heck will our kids afford anything in the place they grew up?
