I just wanted say…

Just now, as Matilda and I went out for our evening stroll, a man drove by on his motorcycle smiling and waving. As the sound of his motorcycle faded away, all of a sudden I heard it get louder. The man drove back, pulled up right next to us and said, “I just wanted to say that I have two daughters of my own and they will never forget that!” as he pointed to the baby carrier. “I used to walk my daughters up and down this street too…my oldest daughter is 24 living in Ireland and my youngest just graduated from high school and they said they have never forgotten that….we need more fathers like us.” I happily agreed with him, shook his hand and thanked him for taking the time to stop and tell me that.
